Spring Valley (July 15, 2019) Today we completed our tour of Spring Valley. We have enjoyed the last few days, exploring this neighborhood with its charming houses and shady trees. The neighborhood is served by a number of shops and restaurants lining Massachusetts Avenue, including the wildly popular Millie’s.
