Chevy Chase / Barnaby Woods (October 14, 2019)
We spent much of today’s walk in Barnaby Woods, a quiet residential suburb, consisting mainly of modest sized brick colonials and villas.
However, we did come across some houses that stood out from their neighbors, including this whimsical home
And this Spanish style place, decked out for Halloween.
Speaking of Halloween, this was our favorite decoration of the day.
There are also a number of stately older homes in the area
including this one, which appears to be the residence of the Bulgarian Ambassador.
